At a recent quilt club meeting, we were all given the same 3 fabrics and challenged to make 12" squares using the "not so fabulous" fabric.
I chose the 'Rail Fence' design, since I'm new to quilting (although I've been sewing since I was 9 years old).
I added a darker fabric of my own and did this abstracted square...which turned out to be my favorite. We deliver our squares at Tuesday night's meeting. I'm curious to see what other members might construct from the fabric.
